Our favourite 15 minute dinner: Colman's Tuna pasta bake

Today I wanted to share with you our favourite tea time treat. I love it because it only takes around 15 minutes to make and is ideal when you have had a long day or too busy to cook. This is the boys favourite dinner. They always ask me for seconds so I tend to make a little more than I should.

First boil the pasta for around 8 to 10 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, mix the Colman's packet with 425 ml of milk and Pre heat the grill to its highest setting.

When the pasta is cooked, drain and mix in the sauce and tuna chunks.

Grate 80g of cheese and crush a packet of plain crisps. Sprinkle onto the pasta a layer of crisps followed by a layer of the cheese.

Place in the grill for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned.

This recipe took hardly anytime to prepare/ make and made loads which could be saved for the next day. As you can see from the picture below, the boys loved it and it is one of the few dishes they will eat everything on their plate. You could also serve this with a salad or add vegetables to the recipe.
