My Sunday Photo (s)

On Saturday I travelled up to Bristol from Plymouth and wanted to capture the beautiful west coast main line along the way. I took ten shots of Dawlish in total and was a struggle to pick one for my sunday photo. I decided to post three in the end to capture how beautiful my view was. I just wish the train's windows were a bit cleaner so I apologise for the water marks.

Is that the repaired section? Looks like a good job if so - and a lovely day to be on that beach by the look of it too.

    1. The repaired section is a little bit further on. The line is fixed but they are still rebuilding the sea wall and the homes.

  3. Beautiful view, even with the train window.
The first one makes me think of how people would have run up to see trains pass by when they were few and far between

    1. Most of the photos I took were of people waving at the train. They get very close, the locals love them.

Beautiful views on your journey. I know the feeling about the window, it can be annoying. Thanks for sharing. #MySundayPhoto
